Sole Update Whey Drink (W-drink), a yoghurted whey drink containing L-carnitine and calcium, can greatly promote the recovery of the immune system with its vitamin and mineral content, diverse flavours and positive influence on the human body if used together with doing proper physical exercises, and it is also excellent for quenching thirst.
